This place is a little gem in Richmond. After all these years they are still here. It's nothing like a good burger & breakfast. Their food is made to order. Fresh & fast every single time. We had the bacon egg & cheese and bologna burger along with their hashbrowns. Then we went back later and got some burgers. If you're looking for one of the best burgers in town. This is where you should go to. Don't let the looks fool you. Oh and btw there are no biscuits here.
This place is nostalgic for my parents. This place has been here forever, and you kind of get the feeling everyone working there knows all of its customers, or at least treats them in a really familiar, kind way. It's a way to experience a restaurant. The food is very no frills, but definitely good. Griddle cheeseburgers are its main fare, but I couldn't resist adding some fried pickles to my order--glad I did! The cheeseburger is juicy, flavorful, and better than anything you're going to get at a chain. Allow a little extra time if it's around peak lunch hours on weekdays, as they're pretty busy--but they keep it moving!
On my way home to family in Virginia missed my exit so got off on the next one.. Getting gas and looked for lunch and decided to try a burger at this local place @whataburgerchester is was busy with but wvetone wore masks and stayed separated . I got a Doubke Meat Burger Cheese Burger and cheese sticks. I enjoyed both. Do not expect fancy I enjoyed a back to a basic burger.
This place has the most legit burgers it cancels out the fact that the people that work there don't even know how to work the cash registers. Even my 5 year old smashes a bacon cheeseburger from here! Quick service as well (except the ordering process)
Best lunch spot!!! Nice juicy burgers always hit the spot and dont sleep on the banana shake!!! I found this spot a long time ago when i first moved to VA and i have been in love ever since!! The cheese fries are a must!!! A lot of areas have cheese fries but i like em hella cheesy and thats what you get! They have other locations in colonial heights near ft. Lee The people are friendly and they are very quick with the orders The restaurant does need an upgrade but last time i went i saw that they will be closed for renovations and i cant wait to see what it will look like!! Please keep up the delicious food and awesome customer service
